These ergonomically designed Arm rests support your forearm whilst allowing you a full range of movement. They can help reduce stress, muscular fatigue, pain and numbness in your arm, wrist, shoulder and neck.
Especially helpful for users with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, RSI or WRULDS, the ergonomically designed Ergorest adjustable arm rests incorporate a mouse pad platform. These can be placed at the height and position which is most comfortable, removing the need to reach over your desk for your mouse.
The standard version fits desks between 15 - 43mm thickness (desk top to underside); the wide clamp option is for desks which have a thickness of between 34 - 64mm.
