There are three versions of SmartNav - AT is for people who cannot use their hands, the EG is for people suffering from wrist strain or who wish to increase their computer productivity/speed. A new PRO version is the same as the AT version but is supplied with GridKeys software.
Version 4 now offers a sleek aluminium case, three times the resolution, resulting in more precise tracking and improved light filtering.

Quite disappointing. The clip for fixing to a laptop is almost useless and the tension in the cable connecting to the USB port causes movement leading to frustration. Both of these problems could have been avoided. I should not have to use tape to hold it in place.
A lot of time and energy is spent on rectifying these faults rather than on learning to use the device which we hope will (eventually) be useful. At the moment I feel that we should probably have chosen a different product
